The South American country is getting ready to become the world's largest camera in Chile. It is so grim that large trucks and cranes look like an ant in front of it. This camera will power the world's most exclusive telescope Large Synoptic Survey Telescope, which will take pictures of depths of space that nobody has ever seen before.
It is working in Chile since 2015 and it is expected that by 2022, it will be fully prepared.
The most surprising thing is its resolution. This camera will have a 3.2 GHz pixel (3200 megapixel) lens, which will take 1500 high-definition screens to see a picture.
This camera, called Critical Decision 3, will also help in the telescope search of many more galaxies and new planets.
